We have Mat Pilates classes on Mondays from 6:15 – 7:15 PM, and Fridays from 9:00 – 10:00 AM

What do I need to bring to class?

Please bring your Pilates/Yoga Mat, a towel, and a water bottle.

Classes are regular weekly group events for Mat Pilates.
